Strawberry Gum Infused White Chocolate

Eucalyptus is a well known Aussie native tree, which gives the iconic Blue Mountains both their name and hue.

Paired with white chocolate, Melbourne Bushfoods has used Strawberry Gum to bring a minty taste and berry undertones, coupled with the signature eucalypt flavour that acts as the finishing taste. The white chocolates' usual sweetness, is masked by the Strawberry gums' unique flavours, creating a well balanced treat.

Melbourne Bushfoods is on a mission to create environmentally sustainable and ethical products by partnering and buying from sustainable suppliers. All native ingredients in their products have been supplied by Indigenous Community members around Australia.

Ingrediants are sourced ethically and sustainably. The Strawberry Gum is procured from the alpine regions of New South Wales.

Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Strawberry Gum, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin E322 from soy bean oil), Natural Vanilla Flavouring.

Plastic Free packaging. The inner 'plastic' film is made from corn, and is biodegradable.

Due to these chocolates being handmade, they are only made in small batches in Melbourne.
